“I continue to be impressed over the years with the way Clover listens to the community and then gets the job done. Safe separated cycleways. Improved parks and street tree plantings. Beautifully conceived new parks such as the Water Police site and Paddington Reservoir Gardens—new oasies which serve us now and into the future. Small bars and artworks and festivals in our laneways make Sydney a more interesting dynamic city. I am also grateful to Clover for her advocacy work and practical projects when it comes to the vital global issues facing us such as climate change and human rights. We could not ask for a more committed, effective or tireless local member.”

“My wife and I noticed a long time ago that Clover Moore was trying to do something for the poor and underprivileged. We changed our vote from Liberal in that electorate and will continue to support her. Clover’s constituency is about the same as the City of Sydney Council, so we feel comfortable that we will be looked after there too—a gentle hand in municpal and state gloves. Most people don’t realise that Clover doesn’t take a penny of of her Lord Mayoral salary: she gives it to charities that wouldn’t otherwise be funded. She works for us and our care for other, people so we will be voting for her on the day.
