Planning forum on tonight

The new White Paper and Planning Bill put forward by the NSW Government proposes radical changes to planning that will effect you and your community.

The changes will fundamentally alter community participation and strategic planning, and introduce new rules for development assessment, building regulation and certification.

The proposed changes will sweep away environmental considerations and severely limit your ability to have a say in the future of your neighbourhood.

Sydney's Independent MP Mr Alex Greenwich has organised a forum tonight to bring together planning and environmental experts including Brad Hazzard, NSW Minister for Planning and Infrastructure; the Better Planning Network; and the Nature Conservation Council.

Monday 17 June 6:15 for 6.30pm start- Paddington RSL Auditorium, 220 Oxford Street.
If you'd like to know what these changes will means, and how you can have a say, then come along to tonight's forum.
